Orders must be in by 8am Monday (EST) to guarantee they ship the same week. Most packages are shipped on Mondays. If we have extra dry ice we can ship orders that come in up to Wednesday morning.
Frozen Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your frozen rodents will arrive frozen on the day of delivery. Issues are extremely rare. However, if you have any problems, you must notify us immediately on the day of delivery. If you fail to notify us promptly, we cannot take responsibility for thawing. Please do not discard anything, as we may require photos of the packaging, products, or paperwork.
